Proactive receptionist administrator for vibrant clerkenwell
We're looking for a proactive, level-headed and client focused Administrator to support our growing practice.
We are a busy and forward-thinking design consultancy based in the heart of Clerkenwell, London.
The successful candidate will be the front face, the first port of call for the company, answering telephone calls, preparing marketing mail outs, presentations and organising social events.
It's a very varied and busy role and the ideal person will have experience of working within a design or architectural practice, within in a team environment. Excellent administration, Excel and Word skills are a must, as is the ability to keep calm when under pressure and juggle an ever changing workload.
A bright, energetic and enthusiastic candidate will suit this vibrant Clerkenwell office.
Basic requirements for this role:
Good spoken and written English
Motivated, organised and able to work on your own as well as in a team
Excellent word processing skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel essential
Confident polite manner
Methodical, diplomatic and able to prioritise workload
Salary circa- GBP15,000-17,000pa, dependent on experience.
