3 professional girls are looking for someone to move into a single room in Clapham South immediately. The flat is located on Temperley road; 5 mins from the tube and a big Tesco supermarket.
The room has a single bed, a good sized wardrobe and a large storage cupboard.
The flat has free Sky Plus, broadband, a bathroom with a separate bath and shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a bright and airy living room with dining table and 3 other double bedrooms.
We are 3 girls in our early 20's who are outgoing but generally well behaved on weekdays! We like to keep the communal areas tidy and we have a cleaner to help us on a weekly basis (GBP5 pw). We all went to uni together so there is a really friendly, banterish atmosphere in the flat.
We are looking for a male or female, 20-30's professional who is easygoing, tidy and who wants to join in with fun times.
The flat is GBP480 a month plus bills which are generally GBP60 a month; this includes electricity, broadband, T.V licence, water and council tax. A deposit is required before moving in and is GBP650. We are going through the estate agents, so a tenancy agreement has to be signed before moving in. The deposit goes to the estate agents. The tenancy is up to mid-September so we are looking for someone to stay until then.
We are planning on having flat viewings on Saturday 26th April between 1-5pm so you can see the flat and meet us.
