We are 2 females aged 19 and 23 ooking for a new flatmate to move into our 3 bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush, as one of us will move out of London soon. The flat is located very central with it taking 10 minutes to get to Oxford Circus on the tube. There are lot's of shops situated on the main road which is a 2 minute walk from the flat and even a corner shop literally a 30 second walk from the flat. The flat is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen and living room. We also have a washing machine! The single room available is a nice and light room with a bed, a built in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The rent is GBP113 a week excluding bills, and we have wireless broadband, with also free evening and weekend calls locally and nationally. It really is worth coming and taking a look at it if you are interested as the flat is really nice and a really good find for the price in this area of London.
