We are two English friends both 25 (one guy from London and one girl from Dorset) who are looking for one professional around the same age to share a four bedroom flat we have secured a just a short 7 minwalk from Balham underground & BR train station. The cost is 110per week excluding bills and Wandsworth Borough council tax. Bills ought to work out at about GBP50 a month. Resident's parking is extra ( about GBP50-70 per annum)
The flat is recently refurbished (see pics) and offers four really decent sized light double rooms all new kitchen, inc white goods, beds and sofas, laminate flooring, secure access via buzzer & two bathrooms. This is a sought after location due to the 7minute walk proximity to Balham station, shops (Sainsbury's, Waitrose), pubs and bars which makes this a real bargain!

We are looking for two friendly, tidy professionals who will view this as home rather then a temporary stop. So we are looking for people who can make a long term (at least 6 month) commitment. As we will be the first tenants we will all move in together so we can view this all as home and make decisions jointly. We like to have fun and socialise at the weekends (like most people) but also like to get a decent night's sleep during the week (also like most people). It (almost) goes without saying that This will be a drug free house.It also would be lovely if we could go out and have the occasional drink at the famous local Bedford pub.
Here comes the finance bit.. concentrate:
To move in you will need to pay six weeks rent as deposit (6 x GBP110 = GBP660) plus 1 month's rent of GBP476 rent upfront.
The letting agency requires an additional GBP50 admin fee for the references from employers and former landlords.
Council Tax & Bills not included, we will get wireless internet access in asap, so may yet in a TV package if a good deal. Bills should be about GBP50 a month.
Move in date will be 3rd May.
