I have a beautiful late-Victorian house in Wood Green. It's in a nice area on a quiet, tree-lined street. The decor is stylish, the garden is wonderfully landscaped, bathroom is lovely and spacious, lounge is bright, airy and cosy, kitchen is superb. I am looking for someone to take one of the double rooms which is lovely and spacious, has big windows, fully furnished and is everything you need in a bedroom. The rent is GBP125 per week with ALL BILLS INCLUDED. (This includes wireless broadband and cable TV as well as all utilities). I am 28 years old, have recently graduated from university and am now working full-time in research. I am friendly, clean and tidy and respect people's privacy and space. I like music, art, cinema, literature, sport and especially traveling. I am looking for friendly and sociable housemates to share a nice, relaxed comfortable house with.
