Modern, renovated, fully furnished large clean awesome. Two Floors 3 bedroom converted ex-council flat in london fields zone 2, we are looking for a Couple 25-35 to occupy one of the double rooms which will be available around the 20th of may.
There are 2 toilets and 2 showers .
A large modern eat in kitchen with microwave, espresso machine, toaster, blender, and everything you need to cook up a nice meal.
Also the property boast a super large separate lounge with a dining area and a small balcony.
A large flat screen TV with digibox and Playstation3 and of course wireless internet for use by all.
The Flat is located a block from London Fields Park.
Broadway market is also 5 minutes walk from the flat.
Shoreditch Bricklane and the Flower Market are also a quick ride on your bike or you can catch the bus. For shopping you can walk over to Lidl or the tesco theres also a Marks and spencers and Primark by Hackney Central and of course theres a corner store/ off license right outside the flat for when you need a nice bottle of wine or some eggs.
You would be sharing with one english guy (Software Developer) and one American girl (Courier/ Jewellery designer Random Artist/Promotions). The rent is 800 a month which includes council tax. Gas and electric, is split 4 ways so doesnt come to much. And Broadband and TV are free. We truly love this flat and are looking for people who want a nice comfortable home not just a place to crash. We all hang out sometimes have a few drinks or cook a meal together but we respect one anothers privacy as well. The place is very clean and we work hard to keep it that way so want someone who knows how to clean up after themselves and doesn't mind taking part in the weekly cleaning duties.
