Hi,
We have a double room available, suitable for a couple in our fun and social kiwi/aussie house share.
The room consists of a double bed, drawers, dresser and wardrobe. It is one of 3 bedrooms, lounge is huge and dosser friendly! It has a big kitchen that leads out to an outdoor area which has a BBQ and is used frequently especially now with day light savings and summer coming up! You will be living with a kiwi couple and aussie bloke - they are all really cool!
The house is in Biscay road which is the second street on your left going down Fulham Palace Road from the tube so close to all Hammersmith amenities and transport!
Rent is GBP556.50 per month (due on the 18th) and bond is GBP466
Bills are around GBP60 per person per month which includes utilities, council tax, sky & wireless.
