The garden has a decking area and a barbeque. There is a patio with furniture to dine out in the summer. There is a hammock under the grape vine and eucalyptus tree at the bottom of the garden.
There is gas central heating with heated floor tiles in the kitchen and conservatory. The kitchen has a washer dryer, an excellent oven and a dish washer, fridge and freezer.
We are 20 metres from an all night turkish green grocer and not far from a bigger supermarket. The neighbourhood is very friendly. It is a 15 minute walk to seven sisters station where a train will take you into Liverpool street in 15 minutes or a tube will take you to Oxford Circus in 15 minutes. The local leisure centre and library are 10 minutes walk.

There is a resident cat who does very little.
