If you are looking for a quiet, clean place you can call home, then this is the place for you. Available short or long term, with one months notice.
The room is large and spacious (seriously). There is enough space to swing three cats. It has loads of storage space, with built-in cupboards spanning across the whole room. The double bed is really comfy. The wash basin in the room is a bonus, so you can just roll into bed once you have brushed your teeth.
The bathroom has a shower (with an endless supply of hot water), basin and toilet. There is also a second toilet, so you won't have to stand in any more queues in the morning. The kitchen is clean, open plan and spacious. It is fitted with all mod cons.
The transport choices are endless. Morden station is a mere 3min walk from the house, the 164 bus (to Wimbledon or Sutton) stops outside the house and the 163 (to Wimbledon via Raynes Park station) stops across the road. Merton south station is 150 meters up the road, Morden Tram stop a 10min walk. There are also many other bus services leaving from the station.
If you were to join us in our humble abode, then we would require a bond of GBP400,00 and the first months rent of GBP480,00.
The rent includes all bills, Virgin TV, broadband internet (wireless), a phone line (for calling cards or receiving calls) and general cleaning materials.

This is a clean and tidy house. So, if you are a messy slob that does not do there bit around the house .. this is NOT the place for you!
There are only ever 4 people (max) staying in our house share.
There are also a few simple house rules to keep this abode Clean and Humble.
This is also a recycling house hold. We ALL recycle!
