We will have a spacious double room availble from Sunday the 11th May 2008.
All bills are included. Fully central heated, patio Garden. Very close to Clapham South tube station and Balham Train station as well as the green spaces of Clapham Common.
WIFI internet is also included.
Sky Plus is also included.
All other bills are included, but exluding Phone.
Room is furnished with a Double bed, Desk,a built in cupboard as well as a Wardrobe.
We are two profesional chaps who are looking for perferably a female tenatn to replace our outgoing house mate.
We will require a months deposit as well as a Month in advance for rent.
