Hey, we've got a bed available in a good sized bedroom in a house share 2 minutes from Royal Oak tube station.
We're after a girl this time to even it up a bit. Current housemates are two australian guys, an english guy, a french guy and a french girl.
Generally a laid back house with guys who like a beer and socialising. Looking for more than a housemate but someone to hang out with.

Close to Warwick Avenue, Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Convenient buses include the 18 and 36 which stop outside, the 27 to Camden and the 23 to Liverpool St. Walking distance to Hyde Park, Portobello Rd, Little Venice etc
All utility bills are included in the price. Internet and phone bills come to less than GBP10 a month per person.
Room is available now but we are flexible and April's rent will be pro-rata.
