I need accomodation since 01 07 08-15 08 08 till 350gbp for

Hi,
im coming to London quite reguraly for some privat reasons and in this moment for 1 year i have nice bedroom on Victoria with good rent,unfortunately it will be rebuild when i'll need it.Its period
01/07-15/08 2008.
I can enclose good references also from my previous landlord in Chelsea Cloisters.Im very tidy,like cleaning.
I need accomodation close to tube and Central London,better in some modern house or block.
Can u help me?
