I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom ground floor flat close to Kingston upon Thames. I want to move on 16/05/08 and the landlord needs to accept Dss (LHA)
I am reliable, honest, and very clean. I do not smoke or have any pets. I have a genuine reason for claiming housing benefit. I am degree educated and I am from the UK. I have always paid my rent on time and welcome prospective landlords to contact my current landlord (estate agent) to confirm this.
I don't mind if the flat is a little rundown or not well decorated, as long as it has a good heating system and is on the ground floor.
I have one months deposit and rent in advance. I can afford to pay up to betweem GBP700 and GBP825 per month
