my name is Norbert Kalman and I write this message on the behalf of myself my girlfriend and our friend. We are three young professionals (one couple and our friend) and we are looking for a rent from the beginning of July in the Maidstone area. We also have a pet (two years old lab bitch) she is trained and immaculate. Our friend (25 female) is a fitness trainer and handball player/ trainer.
I`m a carpenter/handyman (23 male) have my own business. My girlfriend is a professional massage therapist. She is 25. She will do her own business in the future and she will study on the University of Osteopathy in Boxley.
We are looking for something very basic rent on a rural location preferably. We live on the countryside currently as well. We all do different sport activities (long distance running, tennis, core stability ball, yoga, cross country running...etc.)
We are non-smokers and vegans. We have no drinking or drug issues. We have no bad socialising habits or similar.
We are intending to pay max 1000 pounds a month for the rent sharing the cost to 1/3 part. We would need at least 2 or preferably 3 parking place.
We also would need:
Garden (would prefer a big one because of the dog.)
Rural location would be the best because of our lifestyle,
At least 2 or more bedrooms one bathroom one kitchen,
All the basic facilities, phone line for the internet
We don't need sky TV or anything like that
We can provide superb references if required + photos and contact numbers.
