Hi there my name is Charles and I am offering fitness training in outdoor Boxercise. I normally train my students in Regent's park/ Primrose Hill, Hampstead or Hyde Park. My expertise lies in the area of Boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and Army fitness, which extends over 8 years of training. I believe that training in a more natural environment is more enjoyable, leaves you less mechanical and you become one with the elements. I am not a militaristic trainer, so I try to make my trainees feel comfortable (but not too comfortable) whilst training.
