Website administrator it support

Website Administrator / IT Support required for Waterloo based corporate hospitality company that provides VIP entertainment and tickets to major sporting and cultural events in the UK and overseas.
This is a permanent position, with an immediate start.
Successful candidates will have:
* A basic understanding of HTML
* Good computing skills
* An understanding of image editing and manipulation
* An attention to detail and quality
* The ability to produce accurate error-free work
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Good communication skills
* The ability to successfully handle multiple tasks under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and implement changes to content on an existing website
* Create and monitor mass email communications
* Provide day to day troubleshooting solutions for workstations & peripherals
* Basic maintenance and back-up of in house server
* Add and maintain contacts on client, supplier and trade directory
* Operation of Audio Visual equipment for hospitality events
* Liaise with 3rd party web and print suppliers
* Provide ad hoc support for sales and administration teams
Technical skills to include but not limited to:
* Microsoft Word
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft Outlook
* TAS Books Accounting Software*
* Adobe Photoshop or similar image manipulation software*
* Adobe Acrobat and PDF workflow systems*
* Adobe Illustrator*
*desirable
Previous experience in a similar position is preferable.
