The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth is a busy, friendly progressive and independent Hospital providing excellent standards of patient care. We are situated in the heart of St John's Wood and minutes from the tube station. We have the following vacancy:
Admissions Office Supervisor, Salary: GBP23,500 incl. p.a.
This role is initially a Maternity cover for 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The Patient Services Department require a competent and motivated person to supervise the Admission Office. Duties include providing leadership and support to the Admission Officers and ensuring smooth running of all day to day operations. A confident and pleasant approach is required with the ability communicate effectively at all levels. Previous proven supervisory experience is essential. Knowledge of Hospital bookings, admissions and patient systems would be an advantage.
Hours of work will be 7 am – 3 pm or 10 am – 6pm Monday to Friday The ideal candidate should be flexible and provide additional cover when needed.
