Busy Italian Restaurant in Mayfair is looking for Chef de Rang.
STANDARD QUALIFICATION
A previous experience of at least 2 years in the same position is required. The person will be well spoken in English, well groomed and sophisticated in order to meet Mosaico standards and will have to show attentiveness and a positive attitude.
The person will have to follow the standards and guidelines. All the times to have a professional approach to service in order to maintain very high standards. To be a team member, to be enthusiastic in your approach in the areas concerning training and briefing sessions. To smile at all time and to be friendly but not overly with customers.
