CUSTOMER SERVICE BREADHEADS AND BARISTAS
GAIL's bakery and cafe is looking for stars to work in our lovely Hampstead store. We're looking for experienced baristas, people with creative flair and the speed to match. You must understand quality have the ability to communicate fluently with our customers and team. You will need a super strong track record of making coffee (please do not apply if you haven't), in dealing with customers and ideally in a luxury environment. If this sounds like you lets talk.

SHIFT MANAGERS
GAIL's bakery and cafĂ© is bringing back artisan bread to the high streets. We think it is a terrible shame that local bakeries have disappeared and instead we are left with chemical filled and plastic wrapped sliced bread from supermarkets. So we decided to open GAIL's. Our cosy bakery cafe's have lots of other tempting goodies – pastries, cakes, cookies, salads and sandwiches, coffees and oh so much more to offer!
Great bread is only half the story though, we need talented people to create the full picture. We're looking for Shift Managers who have experience in:
* Running a shift
* Providing hands-on leadership
* Training, managing and motivating staff.
* Overseeing some daily operations of the business: including dealing with a few outside suppliers.
* Opening or closing the tills
* Making the best coffee in London.
