An outstanding school located in Central London is looking to appoint a DT Resistant Materials Teacher on a full time basis from as soon as possible until the end of the academic year with the option of applying from a permanent position in September. The school performs well above national averages in terms of academic achievement (over 89% A*-C grades at GCSE last year) and pupil behaviour at the school tends to be excellent. Teacher retention at the school is very high and the DT department boasts excellent facilities. The Head of DT has a wealth of experience and is very friendly, supportive and approachable. The successful applicant will be expected to teach DT Resistant Materials at KS3 and KS4. The school is happy to accept applications from recently qualified teachers as well as from teachers with more experience. Overseas trained teachers are also welcome to apply.
