We have got a really lovely 2 double bedroom terrace house to share, due to our friend leaving for Prague. We are a couple and we would like to stay so we are looking for one other person (couples are also welcome) to share the house with us. We are slightly flexible about moving in dates, we would ideally want someone in between 16/05 until 16/06.
The house is located right in front of the parks, tennis courts and bowling green, so there is a plenty of greenery around. The house is split across 2 floors, with large living room and kitchen downstairs with conservatory and entrance to the garden. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite), and a bathroom. There is also a loft room for storage. There are usual appliances such as a fridge, ovens, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher. We have also got 10 mgbs broadband at home.
The room on offer is a double bedroom with ensuite wet room. There is another bathroom in the house.
The person we are looking for should be professional, tidy and non conflicting. We are keeping our house as a home and we would like to keep it that way.
The rent for a single person is GBP317 per month excluding any bills (it shouldn't be more than GBP400pcm with bills). The rent for the couple is GBP475pcm excluding bills.
The property is located in Plumstead Common, nearest train stations are Woolwich Arsenal or Plumstead. We have got all amenities nearby (supermarket and other corner shops). It is a stone throw from Greenwich Park and Shooters Hill and as it takes us only 25 mins to get to London Bridge by train. There are bus services to North Greenwich, too. There are also regular night bus services running from the city centre.
