Hi we have a fully furnished 3.2 meter x 4.6 meter large double room available with a king sized sleigh bed and 9ft double wardrobe.
Tiscalli TV and wireless broadband up to 8m download and free anytime local and international calls. Mobile calls are not included.
This is a purpose built 3 bed flat in a block of 6 it's in a very quiet cul de sac location. There is free parking and a 40ft wide communal garden with lovely flowers. It is looked after by our friendly neighbors great for bbq's and has trees for a hammock. You can just about see Alexandra Palace from our balcony.
Hornsey High Street has a lovely community feel to the area as well as great pubs and restaurants. Local parks Priory park and Alexandra Palace which has a Farmers Market every Sunday. Crouch End is a 10 min walk and Muswell Hill is a 15 min walk for more great pubs and restaurants.
Local over ground train station is Hornsey 7mins walk and local tube is Turnpike Lane 12 minutes walk. Buses 144 to Muswell Hill in 6mins and W3 to Finsbury Park in 15 minutes. Late night 24h buses are 41 and 29.
All this to share with Michelle (29) Police Civilian, Barry (41) Police Officer and Molly 10months. Don't let the thought of living with a baby put you off. She is a very happy baby and sleeps well. Very entertaining. Barry often leaves for work quietly before 6am and I often work into the evening.
We have been in this flat for nearly 2 years and it was fully refurbished with a brand new bathroom and kitchen when we moved in. Our flat mate Sharleen has decided to move in with her man, think Molly has made her a bit broody. Until recently we had another flat mate Jordan but he moved out just before Christmas so Molly has his room.
Rent is due on the 20th of each month as well as all bills. Total price will depend on single or couple. The room is GBP99 per week that's GBP429 per month plus a months deposit for min 6 months contract. Suit single or couple but sorry no smokers. The room is empty and available now.
