Big bright room in warm,friendly,clean saffa english house w

Hi,I know this website is full of people claiming to have "The deal of a life-time" and promising you the earth if you move into their place. Well,I know what it's like to schlep around London looking for a decent place to stay.People will say ANYTHING to get you to take their rooms.They promise you the earth and then they just let you down, once you're moved in.Well, I'm not like that's why this ad may be a bit long, but at least I'm honest and you'll have all the facts.
**** THE STORY SO FAR ****
I have a loverly VERY BIG,BRIGHT and CLEAN room available.The room is very BIG and perfect for a single person who wants extra space for themselves or two people looking to share in a spacious room.The room would suit you if you are looking for a CLEAN,relaxed,easy-going and chilled house. The others in the house are like-minded South African/English/Spanish, very chilled,relaxed,easy-going and trustworthy down-to-earth people who all understand English so communication is no problem.If you are planning on having a regular job, are friendly,considerate,CLEAN and trustworthy, then this house will suit you. This is a stable house, where you don't have to worry about locking your room door or things going missing from the fridge or overcrowding -not in this house. You can invite friends over for dinner or a few drinks or even a BBQ in the back yard. We would prefer to find somebody who is looking to stay for a while in a stable environment, but you don't have to commit to anything long-term if you don't want. You don't have to worry about things going missing or people waking you up with loud music at all hours of the night. This is a "home" where you can relax with friends and make a few as well.
**** WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR ****
Well, I am looking for trustworthy, friendly," house-trained" people who can understand English and are also looking for the same in a house-share.It doesn't matter what country you come from as long as you are looking for the same things in a houseshare and can understand English a little-bit Maybe you have just arrived in London and want a place to settle into so that you can find work etc??? You know, London is a stressful place at the best of times. The tubes are a pain, work is a pain –even the weather bites The last thing you need is to share a flat with a bunch of dodgy people who have no respect for you or your personal things. Trust me, I've been in that situation and it's not nice. You don't have to commit to anything long-term, if you don't want.
**** ABOUT THE HOUSE ****
The house is located in Leytonstone (Burghley Road) and is only 2 Minutes away from Leytonstone tube Station. (Zone 3 )It is a very spacious and VERY relaxed house and is fully furnished with everything you'll need. It is has gas central heating. There is storage space in the basement and a back garden with a BBQ and some chairs. The house is CLEAN and it's in very good condition. There is a CLEANING ROSTER which everybody participates in to ensure that the place stays in a clean state. As I said, this house is a relaxed,chilled place. All I ask is that you respect other people and clean up after yourself. I don't mind a "lived in" house, but we don't want to live in a pig-stye :)
* The bedroom is nice and very BIG. It is bright and clean and has loads of SPACE!. It's perfect for 2 people looking for extra space for themselves.It has Wardrobes and drawers. It is centrally heated. I can put 2 beds in it or just the one -whatever you want The room also has loverly patio doors that open onto the back garden.
* Each bedroom also has it's own TV/DVD available free of charge so you can watch DVD's or play your playstation in your own room.
* The lounge is very big with plenty of seating. It has a TV;DVD; and the full SKY package (including movies and sports! ). There is also a phone.
* Kitchen has a microwave; hob; stove; washing machine; dryer; Toaster; Kettle etc. There is plenty of pots n pans and cutlery.
* There is a loverly back yard for BBQing or just sosialising.
* There is a FULL BATHROOM with a shower,toilet,basin in it.
* There is a storage room for U to put your excess bags and stuff.
We also have FREE 24/7 WIRELESS broadband internet so you can catch up on e-mails or update your CV with your laptop or PC in your own room.
**** DISTANCES TO PLACES ****
* 7 Minutes to tube.
* 20min Liverpool Street.
* 30mins to Oxford Street.
* 7mins to Shops.
* 10 mins to gym (leisure center) & 24hr supermarket.
* Bus stops 3 Minutes from the house
**** ABOUT THE AREA ****
Leytonstone is in Zone 3 on the central Line. It has a big population of New Zealanders; Zimbabweans; Australians and South Africans as well as plenty of Europeans. There are even South African shops; pubs and a restaurant in the area. There is also a huge woodland area to walk around and get some "fresh air". There are loads of buses in the area. There is plenty of the major high-street shops and pubs around and the area is safe to walk home at night. There is a 24hr Tesco aswell so you can always buy food after work.Basically, Leytonstone is a nice cheap and safe area to live in –especially if you are looking to live amongst fellow South Africans; Kiwis ; Ozzies etc. Perfect place to start your London life in.
