Immediate temporary let of a single room with double bed, table, chair and waredrobe overlooking the back garden, in a quiet residential street. All bills are included in the rent and we would ask for 1 month's deposit of 325 pounds.
There is a living room and back garden which is great for bbq in the summer plus a large well equipted kitchen. We are a friendly professional non smoking household consisting of a couple and one other (2f, 1m), who enjoy cooking and eat together when we can.
We are 10mins walk to various transport links: overground, underground (victoria line) and bus station. It takes 15-20mins to central London.
We have a great fruit and veg market and close to all amenities.
