We have spacious double room in a converted bible factory in Dalston. the tenancy starts 22 May at the latest, but the earlier the better.
There's three of us, (2 girls, 1 boy, 24-32 years old) - one in fashion, one in Museum design and one about to start an MA in something anthropological.
We are looking for someone who is open and trustworthy and can share a mutual space well. Someone who doesn't mind people coming to stay, knows how to socialise and tidy up after themselves!
Its in a secure complex, with plenty of storage space, and a parking space available. There's TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine and central heating. We have two bathrooms and a huge shared lounge and lovely homely kitchen. Theres space for bikes so cyclists are welcome.
Close to loads of Turkish supermarkets, Sainsburys, Stoke Newington Church St, Broadway market and London fields.
Great bus/train connections to Highbury/Angel/Liverpool street and 15 minute bus ride to Shoreditch.
GBP500 including all bills and council tax apart from electricity and broadband which comes to about 12 quid a month. Deposit and 2 references needed.
