Extra large room all inclusive gbp130
An extra large double room in a three bedroom house to share with a couple and a single female, all in mid 20s to early 30s. We live in a large house with a back garden and we are looking for a non-smoker professional(s) to share with us (sorry, no kids).
The house is 10 min walk from Norbury station (zone 3) on the way to London Victoria, Clapham Junction and London Bridge (trains every 10-15 min). Journey to Victoria or London Bridge takes 25 min., Clapham Junction 15 min. There is a night bus stop 3 min from the house as well as the gym and the shops.
There is a kitchen joined with a dining room on the first floor and an extra large double bedroom that we want to rent. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom with a toilet and a guest room mainly used as a study room. We work different hours from each other, so are all home at different times. The flat is social, but mostly quiet. We keep it very neat and tidy. We own a guinea pig and a fish tank, and all of them reside in the dinning but are clean and well taken care of. Wireless internet is available.
We are sociable but enjoy our privacy so if you are open, able to clean after yourself and looking not only for a house but a home our place will be perfect. Our friends are moving at the beginning of May and this is when the room is available from. We can settle for two weeks deposit but prefer to talk about financial arrangements individually.
