Fabulous Fridays: Come and experience some pampering at my therapy room at the Tokei Martial Arts Centre at London Bridge. Available every Friday. The treatments I offer are:
Holistic Massage: deeply relaxing or invigorating massage depending upon your request.
Hot & Cold Stone Massage: relaxing hot stones and stimulating cold stones for a circulation boost.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage: perfect for reducing water retention or puffiness in the face or body. This is a very relaxing, light massage.
Deep Tissue Massage: best if you have specific areas of tension needing addressed.
Indian Head Massage: a stimulating treatment helping clear the head, neck and back of tension.
Costs: GBP20 for 30 minute Indian Head Massage, GBP40 for 1 hour Holistic, Lymphatic Drainage or Deep Tissue Massage. GBP60 for 1 hour 30 minute Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Lymphatic Massage with face massage and Holistic Massage incorporating Head and feet massage.

Before a treatment I will ask a few questions about your general health as massage is not suitable for certain people. We can also talk about the type of treatment most suitable for you so your experience is catered to your individual needs.
