Sales and marketing manager
This is a very exciting and challenging role for a driven sales and marketing manager with experience in a subscriptions based business. i-Communicate is the third and newest division of Communicate Recruitment Solutions which is based on Strand, Central London (trading since 2004). i-Communicate offers volume recruiters a useful and innovative solution to their recruitment needs by culminating the best parts of agency recruitment with an online solution. We already have some of the largest businesses in the UK signing up and we are confident we will be setting the new bench mark in internet based recruitment.
We are currently looking for a successful and proven sales and marketing manager with a background in subscription based products. Ideally from an IT subscriptions business (although other subscription based backgrounds will definitely be considered) you will have a proven track record in motivating and driving a sales team to perform and deliver. You will also have experience in negotiating prices and contracts with large blue chip businesses as this will make a large part of the role. Once a deal has been agreed it is important that the client relationship is nurtured and developed and you must therefore be successful in building lasting relationships and providing exceptional support to new and existing clients.
This is a senior role within the business and will report directly to the Managing Director. You will provide insight for strategy purposes and be a pivotal member in the success of the company.
Salary: GBP50,000 – GBP80,000 + bonus
