Our client, an outsource contact centre, is urgently recruiting Customer Service Executives to join their rapidly expanding team.
Customer Service Executive.
As a customer service executive you will be working on behalf of one of the UKs leading Service Stations' loyalty cards. As a customer service executive you will respond to emails, resolve complaints and manage escalated telephone calls from the central contact centre based in Istanbul.
At least a years previous Customer Service Experience is essential for this role. Excellent written skills are also essential as you will be responding to emails of complaint.
