You must have min of NVQ Level – 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy & Massage. We accept CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, City & Guild, HND, IHBC, VCTC etc

We offer over 100 treatments, Waxing including Brazilian and Hollywood Bikini, Luxury Manicure and Pedicure, Eye treatments, Facials, Make-up, Full Body Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Thai Massage, Eye Lash Perm, CACI-Non Surgical Face and Body Treatments, Decleor Face and Body Treatments, Electrolysis and IPL – permanent hair removal,
POSITION:
Beauty Therapists with massage qualifications required for an exclusive Holistic Health and Beauty Salon in London. We are a Decleor Gold Salon. We use Decleor, CACI, and IPL etc with many holistic therapies in a tranquil environment. We have two Holistic health and beauty salons in Hammersmith and Fulham.
You must be good in waxing and nail varnish and able to work with minimum supervision and be available to be trained to senior Beauty Therapist position. We pay and provide an Internal and External training programme to help you carry out over 100 Health and Beauty Treatments, to progress into Senior Beauty Therapist position and subsequently, if suitable into Salon Management. You can earn over GBP7.50 per hour (over GBP1,365 per month), after successful completion of our training programme in Health & Beauty Therapy. Salon Managers can earn over GBP10 ph (over GBP1820 per month).
TRAINING CONSISTS OF:
-Holistic Spa Therapies
-CACI Non surgical face and body treatments
-Decleor face and body training
-Electrolysis
-IPL – intense pulse light hair removal
-Salon Management
WAGES OPTION FOR NEWLY QUALIFIED- 1:
This method is recommended for Lev -3 school leavers.
External Training period may last 3 – 6 months (or longer) which depend on your existing qualifications and experience and how much you want to learn. During your training period, we pay a basic minimum wage of GBP5.52 per hour (GBP1004 per month)
You need to refund training fees fully, if you leave within 6 months of receiving training.
WAGES OPTION FOR EXPERIENCED STAFF- 2:
This method is recommended for more qualified and experienced therapists, to give an opportunity to earn more money according to their qualifications and experience. You have the potential to earn GBP1,500 to GBP1800 per month depending on your experience.
We pay you
-25% commission for all treatments done in the salon (excluding vat and any expenses incurred); you also get 5-25% on retail sales depending on volume of sales per month, plus 5% on course bookings and packages.
Following is an indication of your hourly earning potential, based on our current treatment prices.
-Swedish Massage or a Facial for 1 hr you earn GBP12 ph
-Full leg and Bikini for 1 hr you earn GBP8 ph. If you can do it in 30min then you can earn GBP16ph
-2 x Hollywood bikini waxes for 1 hr you earn GBP14 ph
We also can guarantee a minimum wage per hour, which is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications. You get the commission or the minimum hourly wage, which ever is greater, calculated on monthly, cumulative basis.
All gross wages are calculated monthly and paid net before the 15th of the following month.
You need to pay us a mutually agreed monthly payment, to repay towards any training costs we incur with your approval.
WAGES OPTION FOR MANAGERS – 3
You could earn over GBP2,000 per month, based on a guaranteed negotiable minimum wage and a bonus.
DRESS CODE:
You need to purchase one set of salon uniforms which cost GBP130 and we purchase the second set for you and deduct (GBP100) from your first month's wages.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
We are a young professional, friendly, multi cultural, positive and energetic team of holistic health and beauty therapists. We give over 1 month paid holidays per year and 50% off, staff discounts on salon treatments, Internal and External training to achieve more Lev 3 qualifications and to help progress to Senior Therapist and/or Salon Management position or to work as a Trainer.
OPENING HOURS:
Monday to Friday - 8 am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday – 9 am to 7pm
We are open 7 days a week. To join the training programme, you should be prepared to work 5 to 6 days per week including weekends covering around 45hrs pw. (41hrs to 48 hrs). We can take weekend part–time staff as well.
VISA:
Valid EU work visa is required. We employ both PAYE and Self – Employed. Students can work 20 hours per week during weekends
OVERSEAS QULIFICATIONS:
If you posses overseas qualifications, other than above specified British recognized qualifications, you need to verify your qualifications with NARIC (www.naric.org.uk). We also need English translations of all your documents including your diplomas, breakdown of the syllabus, Letter from your college to confirm what subjects covered with total working hour spent on each subject. Letter must also specify "Full Body Massage", if you are qualified in body massages. NARIC only verify courses done over 200 hrs.
