Job Title: Contract Manager
Hours: 8-5, Mon-Fri
Location: Central London
Salary: GBP34k-GBP40k depending on qualifications, experience and fit with job specification

Our client seeks a contract manager responsible for a portfolio of building services contracts, including commercial and industrial properties.
Main areas of responsibilities include:
* Ensure that all PPMs, reactive and proactive maintenance works are carried our in accordance with contractual requirements to time and on budget
* Produce a monthly operating, financial and resource report
* Maximise works additional to contract
* Responsible for adherence to budget and target
* Be responsible for Health and Safety on site including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Qualifications/ Experience Required:
* Previous experience in this field
* Relevant industry qualifications
* A good understanding of building services maintenance
* Basic Financial Understanding of Budgets and Operating Costs
