Our client has been producing kitchens since 1956, and one of the first to develop the modular kitchen as it is today. This opportunity is with an organisation that specialises in the supply and fitting of bespoke high end Kitchens for luxury new build or refurbishment projects.
They work as a subcontractor and can be responsible for well over 100 units on any one development. Each individual kitchen can be worth from GBP10,000 to GBP40,000.
The client is looking for a Project Manager who has extensive knowledge of working on bespoke high-end kitchen installations.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide a strategic link between the design department, installers, storage companies and carriers.
· Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection.
· To produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
· To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client.
· To manage the installation of kitchen for several sites simultaneously.
· Coordinate all activities from the close of the sale to successful installation.
· To manage and motivate teams of installers nationwide.
· Conduct risk assessment.
· To ensure that all processes are being adhered to on a project-by-project basis.
· Survey sites to mitigate installation problems and check viability of design
· Ensuring end product meets customer's expectation in relation to fit and finish
· Organise and coordinate labour from smaller to large projects
· Instrumental role in the negotiation of contracts in conjunction with Builders, Architects/Interior Designers and various professionals
· Provide labour costing for various projects to determine feasibility and profitability
· CRM function to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Produce reports on job progress and remedials or any other fault of amendment
· Reporting to Head of Department, General Manager and Financial Director as required.
· Knowledge of health and safety and other regulatory matters and ensure necessary instigation where applicable

· Advance knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint and industry specific soft ware
· Strong budgeting and financial management skills
· Excellent written and oral presentation skills
· Proven track record in man management and project coordination
