Provisioning administrators gbp18,000 per annum

·Ensure orders received are processed, validated & distributed to relevant groups.
·Track orders within provisioning pipeline through to completion and billing set up.
·
To identify customer issues and rectify / escalate in a timely manner.
·Comply with all relevant processes & procedures.
·Compile statistical data.
·To administer the provision of Internet Products.
·To administer the de-provision of Internet Products.
·To place orders with internal and external suppliers.
·To manage internal and external suppliers ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
·Continuous development of skills and knowledge ensuring up to date capability for relevant new products and technologies.
·To be an informed and helpful source of information on relevant provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Key Challenges:·Liase with Sales during order validation process to ensure that orders are cleansed of incomplete & inaccurate information before distribution to relevant groups.
·Liase with the CSC during order cancellation process to ensure that orders are cleansed of incomplete & inaccurate information before progressing.
·Ensure timely distribution of orders to remain compliant of SLA's
·Ensure orders are tracked through the provisioning pipeline & issues affecting the smooth delivery of services are escalated to relevant groups for resolution·
Ensure internal and external suppliers are managed effectively
