My Name is Wayne Smith, designer of Sport-fi Ltd and the products we are looking to produce. I have an excellent team on board and am
at the stage of looking for an investor. This is a very short overview of the business however a full investment memorandum can be seen and further details of the products and business, discussed in an arranged meeting.
Sport-fi Ltd has been formed to take advantage of the fast growing global expansion of fitness products and exercise. The company will not seek to mass manufacture or distribute it own products as per a traditional product led business. The team is focused on researching and creating new innovative products that can be developed from concept to fully tested product. The prototyped products will be presented to key fitness equipment manufacturers, distributers and brands to sell under license across global territories.
In these early stages we are looking to sell 5%-20% capital to raise up to GBP20,000 (1%= GBP1000) to complete our first product and get started on numerous other ideas. We are sure that after the first product is up and out there that the business value will increase somewhat. There is a long line of ideas and designs to be produced and the company has the potential to be a major player in the future of sports design and products.
We already have a contact who we are working with, who works with Reebok. He is very interested in our products and wants us to present them to Reebok in the hope they can distribute worldwide. Current product prototypes are also being arranged to be tested by major sports teams in the uk.
