Summer lifeguards required (GBP7.77 per hour).
Work outdoors and indoors at our five pools. Working for Woking Borough Council primarily on behalf of the Everyday Swim project, we require at least six lifeguards for a minimum of 25 hours per week with the opportuntity for more hours at our other pools. Daytime, evening and weekend work based on a shift rota.
If you don't have an NPLQ (relevant qualification for lifeguards) but feel you are a competent swimmer we would still like to hear from you as training can be given. (A cashback agreement would be entered into i.e. pay for the course and after 10 weeks work we will refund the course cost).
Closing date: 7th June 2008
Training course starts in June and will be five full weekend days with the exam being on a weekend day in July.
