The Role
We are currently seeking a Fitness Instructor for the site in Fulham, South West London. As a Fitness Instructor, you would carry out inductions for new members, re-programmes for existing members, some personal training and supervisor of the gym floor ensuring a safe and effective environment for the members and guests. Ultimately you would be an ambassador for the club; therefore, all round customer service will be at a premium. This role will involve shifts and weekends
The Person
To be considered for this Fitness Instructor role, you must have a recognised fitness qualification that is equivalent to REP's level 3 and above. Experience on the gym floor would be a bonus and a clear demonstration of a good level of customer service would be required. Candidates must be comfortable with managing their time and personal training clients.Due to the standard of facility, candidates must be well presented and clear in their communication.
The Benefits
Basic salary would range between GBP14k + earning from PT and use of the facilities.
