Our Client is one of the Country's leading Building Services Engineering Consultancies. Their nationwide network of consulting building engineers and designers work with institutional and commercial clients across a wide range of sectors and disciplines to create award-winning engineering designs that bring their buildings to life.
Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional M&E; advice and technical support to our clients, working within a small team environment, mentoring and supporting junior team members and liaising with sub-contractors carrying out maintenance work. This is a hands-on role requiring good time management and organisational skills.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
* Carrying out condition surveys, life cycle costing, strategic planning
* Fault finding and problem solving
* Carrying out asset schedules, maintenance audits
* Coordinating extraordinary maintenance, major plant replacement and maintenance contracts
* Carrying out H&S; audits and risk assessments.
Requirements:
* M&E; engineering qualification
* 3-5 years of experience within a similar company, site engineer/facilities manager or a design background looking for a new challenge.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Enthusiastic with a sense of fun
* Team player
* Self motivated
* Good organisational and time management skills
GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 + Life Assurance, Medical insurance, 23 days holiday, profit related bonus and more
